Car news from The Automotive Car - Toyota is expected to debut Toyota iQ Hybrid car. The production Toyota iQ Hybrid is expected to get a 1.0L gas engine to move it along but the powerplant range is expected to grow with a hybrid model. Toyota iQ Hybrid prototype is currently being tested on European roads, with a potential market launch through a leasing programme in 2012.
Toyota iQ Hybrid will be a 5-door hatchback, however, a sedan and 3-door versions are also expected. Toyota iQ Hybrid also is Fuel economy, expected to be more than 60 mpg and pricing is expected to come in at about $15,000 when the new hybrids launch in 2011.
